Personalized Products
All IMAGINOVIA products are custom-made based on the information and photos you provide. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Photo Uploads
By uploading photos to our website, you confirm that:
You own the photos or have permission to use them.
You have the right to submit the images for the creation of personalized artwork.
The images do not violate any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of others.
You retain ownership of your original photos.
Artwork
Each personalized design is artistically created using the information and images you provide. Minor artistic differences, colors, and stylistic variations are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout, where required by law.
Shipping
Production generally begins shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and production schedules.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee shipping times once packages are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Returns & Satisfaction
Because every product is personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an error, or you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@imaginovia.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request and work to make it right.
Depending on the circumstances, we may repair the issue, replace the product, or provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, graphics, website content, and branding displayed on IMAGINOVIA are the property of IMAGINOVIA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMAGINOVIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
