At IMAGINOVIA, every order is custom-made just for you. Because each personalized poster is uniquely created, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products.
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged, contains an error, or you're unhappy with the final product for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
